Dr. Dallas Walz, MD

Dr. Dallas Walz, MD, F-AAFP, is a family medicine physician with strong roots in Kansas. He grew up in St. Francis, Kansas, and completed his undergraduate studies and medical degree at Kansas University and KU Med.

Dr. Walz began his career at Cheyenne County Hospital (2015–2018) and later worked with the Smoky Hill Family Medicine Residency program (2018–2020), where he earned a teaching award. Since September 2020, he has been with AmberMed. He also serves on the Kansas Medical Society Board as a delegate for Western Kansas.

Dr. Walz lives with his wife, Misty, and their children, Haelie, Auston, and Kelsie. Their family includes three dogs—Walter and Donna, both basset hounds, and Lenny, a dachshund—and a cat named Shelby. In his free time, Dr. Walz enjoys exercise, weightlifting, golfing, and riding his Harley.
