AmberMed partners with Sheridan County Wellness Center to provide a fitness center to meet the community’s fitness needs.
Welcome to the Sheridan County Wellness Center! The SCWC is a non-profit community organization that provides a public facility for physical fitness and exercise activities.
Wellness Center Hours & Contact Info
Hours of Operation 5 AM – 10 PM
Access to the wellness center is via an app on your personal cell phone.
Sheridan County Wellness Center offers Weekly, Monthly, Individual Annual, and Family Annual Membership Plans. Anyone 18 years of age or older are elgibile, while ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult on the membership plan. Ages 12 and below are not permitted into the Wellness Center
The SCWC governing board has the right to refuse or rescind membership to anyone who does not abide by the policies and procedures set forth by the SCWC board or to anyone who does not sign the release and waiver provided by SCWC.

Wellness Center Policies
Membership requires the signature of the membership agreement, payment of annual fees, and orientation attendance on facility rules and how to use the equipment.
For a family membership, every member who will use the Wellness Center must fill out and sign a release form. Children between 13 and 17 must have a Child Consent Form on file.
The AmberMed Wellness Center Governing Board reserves the right to refuse or rescind membership to anyone who does not:
- Abide by the policies and procedures set forth by the board
- Sign the release and waiver form provided by AmberMed Wellness Center
- Complete orientation
